Turnaround times for slide engraving service is 3 business days, depending where you are located will determined shipping times. 

After payment is received, you will need to ship only the the items/item that will be engraved. In most cases it will only just be the slide.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

• Orders canceled before production begins may be eligible for a refund minus a 10% cancellation fee. This fee helps cover non-refundable payment processing charges and administrative costs incurred at the time your order was placed.
• Once production, engraving, or customization has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part or the item arrives damaged.
